Bright and early tomorrow morning I'm leaving for the northernmost island of Hokkaido for the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). We have a three day holiday weekend which happens to coincide with the matsuri, so I and four other ALTs are heading up there for what I hope will be a really fun trip full of fluffy snow and tasty seafood. Pictures and stories when I get back!
